- Assist in drafting board resolutions, meeting notices, and minutes.
- Support in maintaining statutory registers and records as per Companies Act.
- Help prepare and file ROC forms and returns.
- Coordinate for Board and Committee Meetings.
- Assist with compliance tracking and regulatory filings.
- Maintain proper documentation for secretarial audits.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Pursuing CS (preferably completed Executive level).
- Good understanding of Companies Act and secretarial practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
