Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate & Construction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation.
  • Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Financial Expertise:

  • Accounting and book-keeping.
  • Financial analysis and planning.
  • Cash flow management.

Tax Compliance:

  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Preparation and filing of tax returns.
