The role of a Business Development Representative at Impact QA is to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals. As a BDR, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, researching prospective clients, and engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges related to IT services.
Your primary objective will be to set up meetings between prospective clients and our sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads. To achieve this, you will need to leverage your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and industry expertise to build relationships with senior decision-makers and influence them to consider our services.
You will also be required to conduct thorough research on target organizations, identifying potential pain points and determining key decision-makers. This information will enable you to tailor your approach and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions.
In addition to lead generation and appointment setting, you will be responsible for following up on existing leads and nurturing relationships to ensure successful sales conversions. Collaboration with our sales team will be essential to ensure seamless handoffs and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and appointment-setting goals.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets in a sales development role, we encourage you to apply.
