Solar EPC Project Manager

Drive solar EPC project success by overseeing design review and approval processes, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar PV engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage consultants effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and validate drawings, designs, and engineering documents submitted by external consultants.
- Evaluate designs for constructability, safety, and long-term performance.
- Verify PVsyst reports, energy yield assessments, and equipment selection.
- Provide timely technical approvals of consultant deliverables.
Additional requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Power/Renewable Energy (M.Tech preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in solar EPC projects, with significant exposure to design review and approvals.
- Strong knowledge of PV system design (DC & AC side), grid connectivity, substation interface, and protection systems.
- Hands-on experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and electrical design software.
Key qualifications:
- Deep understanding of solar PV engineering standards.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Able to lead internal engineering review meetings and mentor junior engineers in design review processes.
