Treasury Operations Specialist Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash flow process.
  • Review and prepare weekly cash position reports for management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with financial institutions related to deposit accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual entries.
  • Enter transactions into financial systems.
  • Manage banking and treasury activities for new business openings and closures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management principles.
