About this role We are seeking a Product Management expert to drive growth via engagement and retention of subscribers across various platforms. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end subscriber experience and retention metrics, as well as unlocking additional revenue from active subscribers through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities include improving the subscriber experience, optimizing renewal journeys, and upselling/cross-selling other transactions products within the ecosystem. This role is central to our subscription growth strategy, focusing on reducing churn by enhancing the subscriber experience and optimizing renewal journeys.

  • Subscriber Experience: Improve the overall subscriber experience across Web, App, and AMP platforms.
  • Retention Metrics: Own and optimize retention metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell: Unlock additional revenue streams through targeted up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the ET and TOI ecosystem.
