Equipment Reliability Specialist

As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that the Maintenance Department meets planned production targets with desired quality within set timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for machines.
- Formulate plans to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Train and guide maintenance crew members on troubleshooting, modifying circuits, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to strategic planning for various maintenance functions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analyzing skills.
- Ability to formulate, plan, and execute comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs of machines.
- Proficiency in designing and reconditioning machine control panels.
- Competence in material procurement, vendor development, and negotiation.
- Ability to train and guide maintenance crew members.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience of around 15 to 20 years in a maintenance department while working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines:
- PLC-based special-purpose machines.
- Utilities like D.G. sets, air compressors, cooling towers, transformers, HT/LT switchgears.
- Hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Material handling equipment and conveyors.
- Ovens and furnaces.
