The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering and at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Downtime Reduction: Implementing swift restoration techniques to minimize machine downtime.">
  • Preventive Maintenance: Scheduling routine maintenance activities to prevent unexpected failures.">
  • Spare Parts Management: Effectively planning, storing, and recording spare parts inventory.">
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to safe working practices and regulatory requirements.">
  • Tech Advancements: Exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency.">
  • Equipment Installation: Coordinating the commissioning and installation of new machinery and equipment.">

Preferred candidates will have experience working in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified organizations and be proficient in MS Excel for efficient working.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics.">
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management.">
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC Machine, PLC Machine, DG Synchronizing Panel, and Power Factor Panel.">
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and English written correspondence.">
  • Linguistic Ability: Ability to communicate verbally in Hindi or Bengali.">
