Job Title

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for executing, supporting and continually improving quality assurance processes within the DevSecOps department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain Sonar Cloud quality gates and monitor code quality metrics.
  • Track defects from QA findings.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews.
Vulnerability & Security
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools such as Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved blockers.
Collaboration & Support
  • Participate in weekly QA reviews and collaborate with development leads, operations and service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain and update system documentation and QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks and artifact collection.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth operation and integration of QA processes within DevSecOps.
  • Support release and deployment coordination for enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in QA methodologies, test planning and defect tracking, along with knowledge of static code analysis and vulnerability scanning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Relevant certifications are a plus.
