Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Review Spanish-language content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Get familiar with client-provided Style Guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly to protect quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to adapt quickly to new situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high quality under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with QA tools or CAT tools (memoQ, Trados, Xbench, etc.)
  • Familiarity with translation workflows and linguistic QA processes
