Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly drafted and reviewed
  • Conduct due diligence on land acquisitions and property titles

Real Estate Transactions:

  • Advise on project structuring, regulatory approvals, and builder-buyer agreements
  • Oversee registration processes and ensure statutory compliance

Corporate Governance & Risk Management:

  • Assist management in decision-making by identifying legal risks and mitigating strategies
  • Ensure all corporate filings, licenses, and documentation are updated and compliant

Litigation & Dispute Resolution:

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations
  • Handle customer disputes, builder-buyer complaints, and regulatory notices effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate and corporate law
  • Strong knowledge of RERA, Contract Act, Companies Act, and property-related laws
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
