Lead Creative Visionary for Mobile Games

The ideal candidate will direct stunning graphics for mobile games, including in-game graphics, 2D assets, App Store icons, screenshots, feature graphics, cross-promotion images, and ad creatives. They will collaborate with the ASO team to deliver a steady stream of graphics for ASO experiments and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and identify graphic requirements for upcoming game updates or new launches.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, providing clear creative direction.
  • Ensure a unified art vision and set benchmarks for graphic production.
  • Review designer work and provide constructive feedback to meet top quality standards.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for the art team, fostering creativity and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of design experience, with at least 3 years in managing junior designers/artists.
  • Minimum two shipped titles as Senior Graphic Artist (preferably from pre-production through launch & live ops).
  • Proven experience in designing graphics for mobile games.
  • Excellent sense of color combinations, gaming knowledge, and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with team management capabilities.
  • Naturally curious, creative, and open to learning/exploring new ideas.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and graphic work.
  • Extensive knowledge of game industry trends, free-to-play mechanics, UX, graphics, and game systems.
  • Knowledge of Unity is an added advantage.
