Mobile Game Producer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Mobile Game Producer to drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Leaders and Game Developers to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring cross-functional teams understand tasks and milestones.
  • Provide stakeholders with necessary data: project briefs for engineers, style guides for artists, and information for marketing teams, etc.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor games, and suggest improvements or enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date project schedules and track progress against goals.
  • Coordinate daily meetings on each project and report issues or blockers to Product Leaders and relevant Heads of Departments.
  • Ensure all resource requirements are met by coordinating with the Delivery Manager.

Requirements:

  • Deep passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Experience producing at least 10 mobile games in the recent past.
  • Background in game development or game design preferred.
  • Strong project planning skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver projects on time consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
