Job Title: Lead Game Creative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Game Creative to develop innovative game ideas, design engaging levels, and create comprehensive game design documents.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the product manager to conceptualize and create game ideas, design levels for various genres, and craft in-depth game design documents using industry best practices.

This role requires a deep understanding of game design principles, level design knowledge on Unity 3D, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating themselves and the game design team on new innovations in game design practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop game ideas with the product manager.
  • Design engaging levels for various genres of games.
  • Create comprehensive game design documents using industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the art and development teams to ensure design objectives are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with new innovations in game design practices and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing games for iOS/Android.
  • Experience in working with F2P games.
  • Level design knowledge on Unity 3D.
  • Strong game design knowledge and experience in creating game design documents from concept briefs.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Able to create clear and easy-to-follow game flow and UI flow.

Prior experience in game design is highly desirable, but not essential. We encourage candidates with equivalent educational backgrounds or relevant experience to apply.
