About the Role

The Product Development Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Scrum Teams to implement the vision and strategy for one or more product solutions.

  • Become an expert on supply chain technologies and services solutions
  • Effectively describe features and problems in Epics and User Stories, and work with Scrum teams to refine, break down, and transform them into actionable product backlogs
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Technical & Product Expertise
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products
  • Work with User Experience team to design and validate usable interfaces and product prototypes
  • Contribute to systems of knowledge that help all employees to understand, use, sell, and support the product
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Participate in the planning, prioritization, and management of product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational objectives
About You
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
