Product Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to join our Legal team.

  • This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and quality assurance, to identify compliance requirements and implement effective strategies.
  • The successful candidate will prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation relating to product compliance, provide training and guidance to internal teams, and liaise with law firms, third-party vendors, and regulators.
  • This role also involves policy development, issue resolution, and reporting, as well as advising on strategic decisions and communicating complex legal concepts to technical teams.

About the Role:

The Product Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analysis of laws, regulations, and standards
  • Compliance monitoring, gap assessments, and audits
  • Preparation, review, and maintenance of comprehensive documentation
  • Providing training and guidance to internal teams
  • Liaising with law firms, third-party vendors, and regulators
  • Policy development, issue resolution, and reporting
  • Advising on strategic decisions and communicating complex legal concepts

Requirements:
