Job Title: Business Team Leader

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to motivate, manage and lead a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the team achieves its sales targets and operational objectives.

  • Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to drive individual performance and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

  • Directly manage a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics.
Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
