Job Summary:

  • We seek an exceptional Project Director to spearhead luxury villa and bungalow projects with uncompromising quality, precision, and execution excellence.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role that requires daily site visits, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for timely project execution.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, including design and construction, ensuring high-quality results and meeting international standards.
  • They will develop detailed project plans, personally monitor progress, conduct snagging, and resolve execution challenges while driving value engineering to optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead smaller but more intense teams emphasizing quality over quantity of projects.
  • Provide mentorship, hands-on guidance, and ensure direct involvement in problem-solving.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

Core Skills:

  • Strong planning and project management skills—both technical and managerial.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with designers, consultants, and vendors.
