**Job Title:** MEP Designer


Our organization is looking for a highly skilled professional to join its in-house design team as an MEP Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit.

  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure smooth coordination and clash detection.">
  • Prepare BOQs for MEP services that align with design and execution requirements.">
  • Support tendering processes by providing technical documentation and collaborating with vendors and consultants.">
  • Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.">
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.">
  • Perform quantity take-offs and support procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.">
  • Conduct site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.">

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.">
  • 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.">
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.">
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.">
  • Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.">
  • Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
