About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in project portfolio management and project controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration, administration, and integration of EcoSys, as well as experience working with enterprise project performance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and operationalize EcoSys portfolios, projects, and contracts modules, including cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budget forecasting, workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EAC, EVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, and implement standardized monthly cycle forecasts, accruals, and KPIs.
  • Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems, such as SAP, CRM, SFDC, schedulers, Primavera P6, MS Project, EDW, Snowflake, and IICS, to enable single-source reporting.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, KPIs, cost schedule performance, funding vs actuals, leveraging EcoSys reports, aligning to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates, approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests, and cutovers aligned to Statement of Work deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in PPM, project controls, with 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS or similar, ETL ability to define source-to-EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills, EcoSys native plus Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
