Project Coordinator

A key player in the project lifecycle, you will ensure smooth execution and communication between clients, vendors, and the internal team.

This role requires:

  • Excellent organizational skills to prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Strong client communication to track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Coordination with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organizing and maintaining all project-related files and documentation.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conducting budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Assisting in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Supporting project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
