Role: Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

The Project Coordinator will be the key link between clients, vendors, and the internal team at InterioCraft, ensuring smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support the project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
