Vehicle Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from initial vehicle layout to final production readiness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing project schedules and resource plans
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in vehicle engineering, dynamics, chassis design, plastics, and CAE calculations
  • Deep understanding of 2-wheel design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as NX, Catia, Creo, and Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle engineering and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
