Job Description

Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to lead and elevate the Finance Department in our resort teams in Pondicherry and Madikeri?

As an Assistant Manager of Finance, you will oversee key responsibilities including overseeing accounts, credit, and overall finance operations, ensuring timely statutory and legal compliance, managing budgets, fund allocations, and cost control, generating and monitoring cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports, liaising with banks and financial institutions, training and evaluating finance staff, conducting departmental meetings, implementing SOPs, preparing annual budgets, and monitoring contractor services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall finance operations
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance
  • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions
  • Train and evaluate finance staff
  • Conduct departmental meetings and implement SOPs
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor contractor services

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting and compliance, excellent communication and team management abilities. Additionally, you should be proficient in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
