We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will focus on functional and regression testing across various platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • We perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.
  • We develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements.
  • We validate bug fixes and track issues in the bug tracking system.
  • We conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Defect Detection Rate: Achieve 95% or higher defect detection rate.
  • Defect Leakage: Maintain 5% or lower defect leakage rate.
  • Test Coverage: Achieve 90% or higher test coverage per sprint.

Qualifications:

\
  • 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools.
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
