Our organization is dedicated to creating innovative digital therapeutics and eLearning platforms.

We are currently in the pre-commercialization stage with a validated product, embarking on our journey in India and select global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and technical documents to craft effective test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and detailed test execution status reports to the QA Lead / Project Manager.
Additional Expectations
  • Mentor junior testers by sharing knowledge and reviewing test cases.
  • Take ownership of testing for assigned modules or projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide input for test effort estimation and project planning.
  • Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements in QA processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Good understanding of different types of testing.
