Job Overview

The Technical Project Manager will lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the development of Next Generation programs from start to finish.

This position assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program, working closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and is optimal in terms of technology.

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop a solution that aligns with business objectives.
  • Participate in technical discussions and articulate technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  • Present complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop project plans, key performance indicators (KRAs), and processes to drive project success.
  • Communicate project status and structure across the Project Management team and relevant departments.

  • Expertise in managing the full project management lifecycle for implementing complex, large-scale IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solutions are delivered.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
