Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Windows Endpoint Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Mobility team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment. This includes acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint capabilities, managing policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience, strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), device lifecycle management, troubleshooting & remote management, experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
