Job Title: Retail Projects Coordinator

Retail Fit-Outs : We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and completion of design and renovation projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure retail projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Responsible for design, tender management & execution.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Ensure client requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Control:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Monitor expenses and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular project status reports to clients and management.
    • Document project progress, changes, and outcomes for future reference.
  • Prelaunch and Launch Activities:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch new stores successfully.

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and construction methods.
  • Able to work on BOQs and engineering specifications.
  • Understand the vendor bidding and selection process and help identify right contractors.
  • Understanding of quantity surveys.
  • Civil engineering or architectural background with 6-10 years of experience.
  • Experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.
  • Ready to travel to site locations to supervise work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess high passion & working in early-stage startups.
