Senior Retail Projects Coordinator

Job Summary: As a retail projects professional, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail store projects.
The goal is to ensure timely launches, adherence to brand standards, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include evaluating and onboarding vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance, coordinating the implementation of retail identity elements, monitoring project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines, tracking project budgets, and supporting repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups.
Key Responsibilities:- Support in vendor evaluation and onboarding
- Coordinate store fit-out and maintenance
- Ensure consistent retail identity across locations
- Monitor project timelines for timely store openings
- Comply with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines
- Manage project budgets efficiently
- Support repairs and maintenance for existing stores
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in retail project management
- Exposure to corporate and startup environments advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines essential
