Job Overview:

As a Senior Associate, you will support the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring timely launches, adherence to brand standards, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating and onboarding vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate the implementation of retail identity elements, ensuring consistency across locations.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings align with scheduled fit-out periods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines.
  • Track project budgets, aiming to maintain capital expenditures within allocated costs.
  • Support the repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups.
  • Maintain effective communication with mall management and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and present periodic project updates and reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail project management within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Exposure to both corporate and startup environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
