Job Title: Project Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project management, architecture, and interior design initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in architecture or interior design and minimum 2-3 years of experience in execution and understanding of design principles.
  • Prior retail execution experience is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services, mall operations, and high street store management.
  • The successful candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD, drafting 2D drawings, and possess excellent project management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely reports, delivering projects on time with good quality, and being mindful of CAPEX expenditure and overhead costs.
  • Additional requirements include readiness for travel to multiple locations, longer stays during handover periods, and periodic site visits coordinated with the manager.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality are essential, as is the ability to raise flags for any site issues and get work done from contractors under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Architecture or Interior Design Educational Background
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in Execution and Understanding of Design
  • Retail Execution Experience Preferred
  • MEP Services, Mall Operations, and High Street Store Management Knowledge
  • AutoCAD Proficiency and Drafting 2D Drawings
