Exciting Opportunity for a Solar Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our design team in the development of solar power plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with expertise in project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of design engineers and draughtspersons to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Review and execute engineering activities for civil and structural engineering of solar PV power plants, including the development of BIM 3D models.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure inter-departmental checks and facilitate project teams as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise in engineering activities for civil and structural engineering, including control room buildings, transformer foundations, and outdoor equipment foundations.
  • Review vendor engineering documents and interpret contractual technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8-20 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on solar power plants.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering activities for civil and structural engineering.

Working Conditions:
