Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Territory Growth Manager to lead the promotion of our products and drive sales expansion within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
- Implement sales strategies and effectively communicate them to relevant parties.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Engage in proactive dialogue with store managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for support.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within the region's stores.
- Ensure that all stores within the region adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Gather valuable insights from customer feedback and market research.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic sales team and will be responsible for promoting our products to retailers and distributors across the region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
