Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM specialist with expertise in payroll to join our team.

This individual will lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live. Fast Formulas and configuration of the payroll module are also key responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas for client-specific needs
  • Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
  • Fast Formula Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite for long term as needed for project delivery
