Key Position: Brand Promoter

Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to promote our brand at various events and engage with potential customers. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for setting up demonstration areas, demonstrating product features, answering customer questions, recording transactions, and generating reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain demonstration areas at events, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked with products, samples, and literature.
  • Demonstrate product features to potential customers, utilizing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about our products or services, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Record transactions and stock levels, processing customer payments in a timely manner.
  • Produce reports outlining customer interest levels, questions asked, and sales data from events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
  • Excellent presentation and product knowledge, with the ability to articulate benefits and features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and recording transactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving.
