Job Title: Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in planning, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure. This role will oversee servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs. This includes defining and executing infrastructure plans, overseeing cloud infrastructure management, implementing security best practices, leading a team of infrastructure engineers, designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and maintaining detailed system documentation and preparing reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
