Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a National Key Account Manager.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with top clients in the Modern Trade channel, driving business growth and building strong relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, ensuring timely payments from clients, and understanding return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
