We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Compliance Executive. This position will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Dissemination of relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators on a daily basis to respective departments.
  • Tracking actionable circulars/notifications with respect to implementation/adherence and maintaining MIS of the same.
  • Settlement of client balances (fund/securities) and having brief knowledge of the same.
  • Preparation of documentation for AP registration/cancellation and having brief knowledge of AP related compliances.
  • Submission of weekly/monthly/quartely/half-yearly and annual regulatory returns to exchanges and handling day-to-day regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinating with exchanges, clients, and departments for any compliance-related issues.
  • Maintaining recording data of client transactions.
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS.
