We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with expertise in testing methodologies and tools. They will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, developing and implementing test plans, and ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure software products meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement opportunities
  • Design and execute tests to validate software functionality and performance
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues and implement fixes
  • Maintain and improve existing test infrastructure and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in software quality assurance, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing
  • Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA or TestRail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
