Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced real-time modeling and optimization algorithms for energy management and EV integration.
  • Evaluate grid impacts of EV charging and develop new smart charging solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement learning and prediction algorithms to predict energy consumption of buildings.
  • Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences.
Requirements
  • Good track record of research publications in reputable journals and conferences.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, MATLAB, and version control.
  • Hands-on experience in commonly used simulation tools in system modeling and simulation.
  • Strong knowledge in algorithm development and optimization methods.
  • Excellent understanding of smart grids, electric vehicle fundamentals, and charging protocols.
  • Experience with handling big data and big data analytics.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Prior experience with cloud and edge computing.
  • Prior work experience in corporate research setting or academic research.
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and hands-on experience in software development technology stack.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science) from top Indian institutes or top international institutes.

Additional Information

3+ years of experience in a related field.
