Product Visionary

A clear and compelling product vision is the foundation of our success. As a key member of our product platform, you will chart this course, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners to drive innovation that delights customers, meets regulatory requirements, and sets us apart in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning Product Strategy: Define and align the end-to-end product vision with company goals and market trends in alternative investments. Conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Product Development: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation. Drive agile product development cycles and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate. Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
