Job Description

As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our global investment platform. With 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital, you will drive forward-thinking legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee legal operations to ensure seamless deal closure
  • Review and finalize transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments
  • Collaborate with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply
