Expert Legal Services Provider

We are seeking an experienced legal support specialist to provide comprehensive legal assistance across various agencies. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, advising stakeholders on a range of matters including commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, and generative artificial intelligence.
Main Responsibilities- Support commercial agreements, employment law matters, and litigation management.
- Advise on data privacy laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on commercial, contractual, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our teams to deliver timely and efficient legal support while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A strong educational background in law, preferably with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a solution-focused approach.
- An outstanding command of English, both spoken and written.
- The ability to identify legal risks, issues, and solutions across a broad spectrum of legal areas.
Fostering a culture of ethical conduct and compliance within the organization is also a key aspect of this role.
