Job Description

As a Legal Automation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's legal processes through innovative solutions.

  • Develop expertise in industry-standard platforms such as Relativity/iConect and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing client needs and project scope.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through regular status updates and metrics reporting, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to design and implement review, breach review, and QC workflows, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Perform quality control by identifying error trends and developing remedial actions, maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the job.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to resolve queries and provide technical guidance, supporting the growth and development of team members.
  • Maintain expertise in technical and project guidelines, serving as a technical coach for MDR and CIR TLs, and create and manage search terms, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and analytics for projects.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and perform QA on reviewed data, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
