Senior Hospitality Manager

Leading a Hotel Operation is an opportunity to showcase your management skills and contribute to the success of a high-end hotel. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This includes developing and executing business strategies aligned with the hotel's vision, brand standards, and financial goals.
About the Role:- This senior leadership position requires at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 3–4 years in a senior leadership role. Prior involvement in hotel opening or large-scale hospitality project is highly preferred.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead overall operations, ensure seamless coordination between departments, develop and execute business strategies, establish and monitor KPIs.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual operating budget, analyse financial reports, implement corrective measures to achieve revenue and cost targets.
- Guest Experience & Brand Management: Uphold and promote high guest satisfaction, service excellence, and personalized experiences, monitor guest feedback, online reputation, and implement service recovery protocols.
- Human Resource Management: Lead recruitment, induction, training of hotel staff, build high-performance culture, implement performance management systems, and ensure employee engagement and retention.
- Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, cultural sensitivity.
- Proficient in hospitality technology platforms.
- Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of local/regional languages an asset.
