Senior Contract and Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage comprehensive contract and procurement functions across diverse projects.

  • The ideal candidate will prepare contractor requirement schedules, shortlist and pre-qualify contractors, coordinate contract service requests, and initiate tendering.
  • Draft tender documents, float tenders, and manage pre-bid communications. Conduct bid evaluations, negotiations, and finalize contractors.
  • Draft LOA/LOI, conduct kick-off meetings, issue work orders, and ensure contractor mobilization.
  • Manage contractual correspondence, change orders, and vendor relationships. Coordinate with execution teams for drawings, schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings, maintain MOMs, ensure contract closure post Defects Liability Period, and maintain MIS logs.
  • Resolve disputes, support arbitration processes, analyze and cost claims, and brief counsels.
  • Implement vendor certification systems, source materials, float tenders, and finalize suppliers.
  • Track deliveries and certify bills.
Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, and Finishing works.
  • Expertise in contract conditions, FIDIC, EPC, and Indian Contract Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of IS codes and market trends.
  • Excellent planning, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Claims and change management experience.
