Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires at least 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy. You will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and providing regular progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to design effective home-based intervention strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, ensuring excellent client outcomes and retention rates.
  • Mentor junior therapists, providing feedback, coaching, and group training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, identifying new tools and techniques to enhance therapy effectiveness.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and outreach events to promote organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Down Syndrome.
