Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our company's compliance and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of statutory requirements and handle all legal documentation.
  • Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that minutes are recorded and circulated promptly.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Filing returns with regulatory bodies and ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
  • Liaise with external regulators, advisors, and auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory affairs, preferably in an audit or accounting firm.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work closely with senior management and staff.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
