Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the quality of all products manufactured, adhering to stringent industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of up to 35 employees/inspectors in the department, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all processes and products, guaranteeing continuous improvement.
- Monitor processes and systems to optimize quality product manufacturing with minimal manpower requirements, streamlining operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality plans from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct thorough vendor assessments via rating cards to ensure high-quality products are fed into production lines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to meet our quality requirements, identifying suitable suppliers for specific products.

- Inspect various types of gate, globe, and check valves.
- Familiarity with welding processes and ability to create WPS, PQR, and WPQ documents.
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), Kaizen, Kizuki, and 5S processes, with implementation experience.
- Able to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for customer non-conformance complaints.
- Effective use of 7 QC tools, including fishbone diagrams and bar charts.
- Experience with special processes like fusion bonded epoxy coating (FBE), Inconel cladding (IC), xylon coated process, and galvanizing.
